The French singer, Camille, sings: “What’s in a girl’s bag?” (Qu’est-ce qu’il y a dans le sac des filles… ?). She knew all-too-well the confusion men experience when a woman says something like: «I forgot my purse» or «wait, let me grab my bag», what could be so important about a bag ?
Above all, a bag is your partner for the day, which is why it has to be selected anticipating just about everything. In addition, it’s a fashion extension of an outfit. Finally, everyday women need a few essentials some of which may even be futile items. So, yes, they accrue quite a collection, sometimes more than a reasonable amount.

The creators of Les beaux jours, Jennifer and François, noticed it – women often have one bag they hold on to more than the other ones. There are many reasons for it : easy to wear, large volume, a sophisticated style. The chosen bag is the one a woman opts for when a destination is unknown.
The creators, two contemporary travelers, wanted bags that would never go out of fashion and that would last, thanks to being made of the finest materials. Indeed, Les beaux jours bags are timeless, and become an ally during escapades. Inspired by the travels of the two young people, the bags are perfect for the thousands of things each woman puts in them based on mood.
Flexible and soft to the touch, they are made out of leather crafted with loving care by French artisans. The first model, July the 12th, has become a big hit. New items, such as bi-material bags, have made their debut, and are also much in demand: the creators only produce limited series of each with the supply replenished every 3 to 4 months depending on time that is free for required travel. Inspiration cannot be commissioned.
